[779] Obituary: Virginia Yeskie--Hixton, Wis.--Virginia Yeskie, 53, R. 1, Hixton, died of cancer on Monday, July 2, 1984, in Black River Memorial Hospital.
[780] She was born in Whitehall on Nov. 3, 1930 to Harold and Beulah Hegge. She married Robert Yeskie on Oct. 3, 1947, in La Crosse and the couple farmed in the Curran Valley area near Hixton.

Survivors are her husbanc; three sons, Gregory of Carson City, Nev., and Dennis and Timothy, both of Hixton; a daughter, Christie Yeskie of Black River Falls; her father of Milwaukee; her mother, Beulah Humphrey of rural Osseo; three
brothers, Darryl Humphrey of Osseo and Delwin and Dannial Humphrey, both of Hixton; a sister Gloria Hamilton of Vancouver Washington; and three grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Hixton. The Rev. Jon Simundson will officiate. Burial will be in the Trinity Rest Cemetery, Hixton. Friends may call at the Jensen Funeral Home, Hixton, on
