[497] OBITUARY: Mark Richard Bitter was born on June 21, 1954 to Richard and Marie (Nee Yeskie) Bitter in Whitehall, He died May 2, 1997
[498] Mark graduated from Lincoln High School in Alma Center in 1972 and graduated from UW-Stout in 1976. Mark married Susan Strndberg on July 2, 1977. Mark has lived in West Bend since 1976.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan; three sons, Brent, Adam, and Karl; his mother, Marie Bitter; a sister, Jill (Lyle) Ellingson; his parents-in-law, Harold and Virginia Strandberg; sisters-in-law, Sally Larsen, Sandy (Harry)
Gettleman, Sarah (Bryan) Staff; brother-in-law, Bruce (Johanna) Strandberg; and many other relatives and friends.
[500] He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Bitter.
