mon., 29 days. Retired farmer, Father listed as Carl Yeske, born in Germany, Mother Henritta _____, born in Germany. Informer Mrs Peter Harder, 802 S 8th Str., Buried 1-8-1940 in Cataract Cemetery.
[21] OBITUARY(Source unknown) Fred Yeskie passed away at the home of his Daughter, Mrs. Peter Harder, 802 S 8th St, saturday morning after a lingering illness at the age of 90 yrs.

He is survived by three sons, Edward of Sparta, Wis., Charlie of La Crosse and Fred of Melrose, Wis., three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Bouffleur, Mrs. Peter Harder and Mrs. Bertha Balzer, all of La Crosse; 35 grandchildren; and 24
greatgrandchildren. One daughter, Mrs. Adolf Scherer preceded him in death seven years ago.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 am, at the Hellwig-Morris Funeral Chapel and 1 pm at the Cataract Lutheran church, the Rev. W A Schumann officiationg and interment will be made in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the
funeral chapel Sunday afternoon and evening.
